Dementia Care
We are a specialist service, able to provide care to service users living with dementia across all stages from early onset to advanced and late stage dementia including challenging behaviour. Our team is highly experienced and well trained. On admission, a member of the care leadership team will create a care and support plan tailored to service users needs in a holistic way, to include wishes, preferences, likes and dislikes. The care and support plan is then reviewed on a monthly basis or when needs change.Mental Health
We are also able to support service users living with mental health conditions from the age of 50+. Our team are well experienced and trained to care for these service users. We work in close partnership with our local CMHT teams (Community Mental Health Team) and GPs as part of a multidisciplinary approach to care. Service users living with mental health needs will always be allocated a key nurse (CPN) by the CMHT who we work closely with to develop ongoing tailored care and support plans.Palliative Care
We are dedicated and compassionate about specializing in high-quality palliative care. Our mission is to provide comfort, dignity, and support to service users with life-limiting conditions, as well as to their families and friends during challenging times. Our experienced team work closely with families, friends, GPs, and the community nursing team to ensure holistic support—addressing not only physical symptoms, but also emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellbeing.Respite Care
Depending on capacity and availability, we are often able to provide respite care to those who require a short-term stay in a care home. Please contact us to check availability for respite care.
